Digital dictation is the recording and storing of voice in a digital format on a chip, disk or computer's hard drive. Digital dictation can be taken using a digital voice recorder which is either linked directly to the PC or used independently from it. The digital data is then transferred to the computer system as and when required. Once digital the recording is saved as a file and can be stored on the PC. The finished documents are then returned by the transcription service to the client as an email attachment or you can download them from our website via the FileManager.
