Rates

We keep a very simple and transparent pricing system so that it easy for you to calculate exactly how much our transcription services are going to cost. Our audio transcription rates are based on a per recorded minute basis. As an example, a 30 minute dictation recording will cost £36 to transcribe and copy typing is calculated at £9.50 per 1,000 words. There are no setup fees, administration costs, or any other hidden charges.

If you need your work transcribed urgently we have a priority rate which guarantees work returned within 48 hours. If you require it sooner we recommend you telephone us to discuss volumes and deadlines. The per audio minute rates apply only to good quality, clearly audible recordings and the copy typing rates apply only to clearly legible copy. If the recordings are not of good quality or the print not clearly legible we will contact you to discuss this before proceeding.
